  1. Palau- This tiny country is made up of multiple islands full of vibrant life, warm crystal clear water, and the nicest people you will ever meet. Seriously any beach in this country is worth visiting, and it's the perfect place to scuba dive if you're certified.

  2. Menorca, Spain- This tiny island across the sea from Barcelona is clear, warm, and the waves are calm so you can swim far out, or relax on a floaty. You can snorkel, relax on a boat, or lay on the clean white beaches.

  3. Cozumel, Mexico- There's nothing better than a drink in your hand and toes in the warm sand. That's what happens when you go to the beaches in Cozumel. It's also great for snorkeling and surfing, but make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.

  4. Laguna Niguel, California- The water may be cold, but the beaches are beautiful and surrounded by cliff sides. The water is a pretty blue-green, and teeming with wildlife. It's also a great place for surfers, but more advanced.

  5. Nice, France- The beaches are rocky but at least you won't get sand in uncomfortable places. The water is warm and clear as it's in the same sea as Menorca. It's less touristy then the other places in France, and you can lay out on the warm beach while eating some brie on a baguette and then take a short walk to get some crepes.
